俄罗斯激光武器发展现状与发展战略探析

Analysis of the Current Situation and Development Strategy of Russian Laser Weapons

2018年以来,随着俄罗斯“佩列斯韦特”激光武器的曝光、正式服役和实战演练,对激光武器系统的研究即将掀起新一轮热潮,激光武器系统的发展必将成为各军事强国武器系统开发的重要一环。鉴于此,以俄罗斯3个大型激光武器系统项目为切入点,梳理俄罗斯激光武器系统发展的现状,并在此基础上探析俄罗斯激光武器系统的发展的思路。受制于俄罗斯经济发展水平,俄罗斯激光武器的开发和美国相比有一定的差距,但俄罗斯激光科学家走出了一条以战略激光武器发展为重点,空基、陆基、车载、舰载、单兵等多平台战术激光武器全面研发的发展道路,并且俄军激光武器目前已经进入实战阶段,其发展思路对于我国激光武器的发展仍然有一定的借鉴作用。

Since 2018,with the exposure, official service and actual combat of Russia “Peresvet” laser weapon, the study of laser weapon system will enter another upsurge, and the development of laser weapon system will inevitably become an important part of the weapon system development of each military power.In view of this, taking three large-scale laser weapon system projects of Russia as the starting point, this paper combs the development current situation of Russian laser weapon system, and on this basis, analyzes the development thought of Russian laser weapon system.Subject to the level of Russian economic development, there is a certain gap between the laser weapon development of Russian and that of the United States.However, Russian laser scientists have embarked on a path of laser weapon development that focuses on the development of strategic laser weapons and comprehensively develops multi-platform tactical laser weapons such as air-based, land-based, vehicle-mounted, shipborne, individual soldiers, etc..Moreover, Russian laser weapons have now entered the stage of actual combat, and the development thought still has a certain reference for the development of laser weapons in China.
