摘要
地铁建设途经富水地层时,隧道盾构管片接缝以及地铁车站底板倒角、施工缝、变形缝、接地电极、格构柱、风井等关键部位均是防水的薄弱环节,而常规措施难以满足地铁隧道盾构管片接缝防水和地铁车站防水要求。文章以沈阳地铁4号线为例,针对长白岛站至长白南站区间以及南马路站位于富含水层地区工况,对地铁隧道盾构管片接缝采用新型“橡胶密封垫+非固化橡胶沥青防水涂料”组合式防水技术,对地铁车站底板易渗水关键部位采取特殊加强防水措施。相关措施可有效防止地铁防水薄弱区域的渗漏现象,并可为其他类似富含水层地铁盾构工程关键部位防水提供参考和借鉴。
When the metro construction passes through the watery strata,it is critical to ensure the waterproofing of the tunnel shield segment joint and the key positions of the metro station floor chamfer,construction joint,movement joint,grounding electrode,lattice column,air shaft,etc.However,it is difficult to meet the waterproofing requirements of the tunnel shield segment joint and metro floor by using conventional measures.Taking Shenyang metro line 4 as an example,in view of the working conditions of the section from Changbaidao Station to Changbainan Station and the Nanma Road Station located in watery strata the new combined waterproof technology of"rubber sealing gasket+non-curable rubber modified asphalt waterproofing coating"is adopted for the joint of the shield segment of the metro tunnel,and special strengthening waterproofing measures are taken for the key parts of the metro station floor that are prone to water seepage.Relevant measures can effectively prevent seepage in the weak areas of the metro system,and can provide reference for the successful waterproofing of other key positions of the metro shield project in similarly watery strata.
