基于信息化技术的高速铁路工程监理工作方案研究

Research on the supervision work plan for high-speed railway project based on information technology

我国铁路工程建设正在向信息化、数字化、智能化方向高速发展,而监理行业还停留在传统的工作模式上,无法满足铁路工程建设发展的需求。因此,围绕交互式监理新模式,从方案设计原则、实施计划、实施方法与具体要求3个方面,研究基于信息化技术的高速铁路工程监理工作方案,使监理工作紧跟信息化、数字化、智能化的高速铁路工程建设发展趋势,优化铁路工程项目监理管理方式,提高现场管控质量和效率,最大限度发挥监理作用。研究成果可为高速铁路工程及其他大型工程项目建设监理工作提供参考和借鉴。

Chinese railway engineering construction is developing rapidly in the direction of informatization,digitization,and intelligentization,while the supervision industry is failing to meet the needs of the high-speed development of railway engineering construction.Therefore,centering on the new mode of interactive supervision,from the four aspects of scheme design principle,implementation plan,implementation method and specific requirements,this paper studies the supervision work plan for high-speed railway project based on information technology,so as to make the supervision work closely follow the construction of high-speed railway project with informatization,digitalization and intelligentization,strengthen the supervision and management of railway engineering projects,and improve the quality and efficiency of on-site control,and maximize the effectiveness of supervision.The research results can provide reference for the construction supervision of high-speed railways and other large-scale engineering projects.
