摘要
介绍了国内某大型炼化一体化项目中渣油加氢装置的工艺流程以及循环氢压缩机机组情况。针对循环氢压缩机运行中出现的轴瓦温度异常问题,通过对轴系仪表、压缩机负荷、润滑油和转子等的排查分析,结合循环氢压缩机拆检结果,分析出机组轴瓦温度升高及异常波动的主要原因是机组运行过程中润滑油产生了漆膜,漆膜造成瓦块结焦积碳。提出了彻底解决轴瓦温度异常的措施和不具备停机检修时的调整措施,对于同类压缩机停机检修及日常运行管理具有一定的指导意义。
The process flow of the residual oil hydrogenation unit and circulating hydrogen compressor unit of a large-scale refinery-chemical integration project in China was introduced. In view of the abnormal temperature of the bearing bush in the operation of the circulating hydrogen compressor,through the investigation and analysis of the shafting instrument,the circulating hydrogen compressor load,the lubricating oil,and the rotor,and combined with the disassembly and inspection results of the compressor,it is analyzed that the main reason for the increase of the temperature of the bearing bush and the abnormal fluctuation of the unit is that the lubricating oil generates the paint film during the operation of the unit,and the paint film causes the coking and carbon deposition of the bearing bush. The measures to completely solve the abnormal temperature of the bearing bush and the adjustment measures without shutdown maintenance were put forward,which has guiding significance for the shutdown maintenance and daily operation management of similar compressors.
