商洛市文化产业与旅游产业耦合协调发展研究

Research on Coupling and Coordinated Development of Cultural Industry and Tourism Industry in Shangluo City

为探究商洛市文化产业与旅游产业的耦合关系,从文化产业和旅游产业两方面选取25个指标构建二者耦合协调度评价指标体系,运用熵值法确定指标权重,结合耦合协调度模型对商洛市2010—2019年旅游产业与文化产业耦合协调发展情况进行评价。结果表明:2010—2019年商洛市的文化产业综合水平从0.0543上升到0.1967,旅游产业综合水平从不到0.0001上升到0.2273,二者耦合协调度从不到0.0001上升到0.3275,但仍处于轻度失调状态。基于此,提出政府部门应当协调文化和旅游发展的关系、加大文化和旅游产业结构调整的力度及打造文旅集群等建议,从而促进两大产业的协调可持续发展。

From the cultural industry and tourism industry,25 indicators are selected to construct the evaluation index system of the coupling coordination degree of the two,the entropy method is used to determine the index weight,and the coupling coordination degree model is applied to couple the tourism industry and the cultural industry in Shangluo from 2010 to 2019 Coordinate the development of the evaluation.The results show that from 2010 to 2019,the comprehensive level of cultural industry in Shangluo City rose from 0.0543 to 0.1967,the comprehensive level of tourism industry rose from Less than 0.0001 to 0.2273,and the degree of coupling and coordination between the two rose from Less than 0.0001 to 0.3275,but it was still in a state of slight imbalance.Based on this,it is proposed that government departments should coordinate the relationship between culture and tourism development,increase the intensity of cultural and tourism industry structural adjustment,and build cultural tourism clusters.
