上海市虹口区接种点居民新冠疫苗的知信行状况

Knowledge,Belief and Practice of COVID-19 Vaccine Among Residents at Vaccination Sites in Hongkou District of Shanghai

目的调查虹口区某新冠疫苗临时接种点居民对新冠疫苗的知识、态度、行为,分析影响因素,为推广新冠疫苗提供理论依据和建议。方法使用自行设计的电子调查问卷对虹口区某新冠疫苗临时接种点居民进行问卷调查,对数据进行2检验和多因素logistic回归分析。结果调查对象对新冠疫苗知识的平均知晓率为65.42%,认知水平较高的占58.99%。有95.91%的调查对象对接种新冠疫苗持积极态度,71.27%的调查对象能及时接种。多因素logistic回归分析发现,调查对象的户籍、性别、年龄、文化程度、职业以及对新冠疫苗的关注度、认同度是新冠疫苗接种的主要影响因素(均P<0.05)。新冠疫苗接种态度的主要影响因素为文化程度,接种行为的主要影响因素为职业(均P<0.05)。结论政府应进一步提高接种疫苗的方便度和可及性,加强对不同人群的宣传,提升公众对新冠疫苗的关注度和认同度,提高公众对新冠疫苗的认知水平,从而进一步提高我国的新冠疫苗接种率。

Objective To Survey the knowledge,attitude and practice(KAP)of COVID-19 vaccine and influencing factors in a temporary vaccination site in Hongkou District of Shanghai,so as to provide theoretical basis and suggestions for promoting vaccination.Methods A self-designed electronic questionnaire was used to survey the residents of a temporary COVID-19 vaccine vaccination site in Hongkou District,and the data were χ^(2) Test and multivariate logistic regression analysis.Results The average rate of knowledge about COVID-19 vaccine among the respondents was 65.42%,and 58.99% of them had a high level of knowledge.95.91% of the respondents had a positive attitude towards COVID-19 vaccination,and71.27% of the respondents could vaccinate in time.Multivariate logistic regression analysis found that the registered residence,gender,age,educational level,occupation of the respondents,and their concern and recognition for COVID-19 vaccine were the main influencing factors for COVID-19 vaccine(all P<0.05).The main influencing factor of COVID-19 vaccination attitude was education level,and the main influencing factor of COVID-19 vaccination behavior was occupation(P<0.05).Conclusion The government should further improve the convenience and accessibility of vaccination,strengthen the publicity of different groups,enhance the public’s attention and recognition of COVID-19 vaccine,and improve the public’s awareness of COVID-19 vaccine,so as to further improve the COVID-19 vaccine coverage rate in China.
