摘要
儿童青少年近视是中国较为严重的公共卫生问题之一。近视是遗传、环境和行为习惯等多方面共同作用的结果。随着研究的深入,越来越多的证据表明环境因素对儿童青少年近视的发生具有决定性作用。本研究基于生态系统理论,从四个环境层面和一个历时系统梳理并分析中国儿童青少年近视的影响因素,以期为中国儿童青少年近视的防控和干预提供理论参考和实践指导,为该领域研究提供新的思路。
Myopia of children and adolescents is one of the more serious public health problems in China.Myopia is the result of heredity,environment and behavior.With the deepening of research,more and more studies show that environmental factors play a decisive role in the occurrence of myopia in children and adolescents.Based on the ecosystem theory,this study combs and analyzes the influencing factors of myopia among Chinese children and adolescents from four environmental levels and a diachronic system,with a view to providing theoretical reference and practical guidance for the prevention,control and intervention of myopia among Chinese children and adolescents,and providing new ideas for research in this field.
