大学生安全与急救素养现况调查

Research on Safety and First Aid Literacy of the College Students

目的了解大学生安全与急救素养具备水平,为制定有效干预措施提供依据。方法于2021年9月采用多阶段随机抽样的方法对杭州师范大学在校本科生进行问卷调查。结果本次调查的586名大学生安全与急救素养具备率为29.69%,其中求助电话知识的具备率最高(59.73%)、海姆立克法的具备率最低(37.88%)。Logistic回归分析显示,医学类、曾接受过急救培训的大学生其安全与急救素养水平高于非医学类、未接受过培训的大学生(P<0.05)。大学生安全与急救的知识和技能得分与其急救信念水平呈正相关(r=0.242,P<0.01)。结论大学生安全与急救总体素养水平仍有待提高;应重点培训海姆立克法、心肺复苏术等内容,以满足急救需求。

Objective To understand the safety and first aid literacy level of the college students,and provide the practical basis for the development interventions.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted on the undergraduates of Hangzhou Normal University by multi-stage cluster random sampling in September,2021.Results Among the 586 the college students,the overall safety and first aid literacy level was 29.69%,of which the mastering rate of call assisting was the highest(59.73%),and the Heimlich technique skills had the lowest rate(37.88%).Logistic regression analysis showed that the college students who were medical major or had received first aid training had a higher level of safety and first aid literacy than those who were non-medical major and untrained(P<0.05).The safety and first aid knowledge awareness and skill scores were positively correlated with their first aid belief levels(r=0.242,P<0.01).Conclusion The overall literacy level of college students’safety and first aid still needs to be improved,and the content of Heimlich technique skills and CPR skills should be focused on training to meet the needs of first aid.
