建德市居民健康城市建设需求和获得感调查

Investigation on Residents’Demand and Sense of Gain for Healthy City Construction in Jiande

目的通过调查建德市健康城市建设中居民的需求与获得感,了解健康城市建设的现状及存在的问题,并为未来的建设与发展提供对策与建议。方法采用多阶段随机抽样法对900名居民进行问卷调查分析。结果居民对健康城市应满足的条件、健康城市建设的社会单元、健康城市建设的主要责任主体有正确认知的分别为40.1%、19.5%和87.7%。有81.9%的居民表示对健康城市建设的需求和期待是健康步道,获得感较高的是治安状况(76.1%)、较低的是拆迁安置工作(54.1%),社区居民的获得感(75.1%)高于农村居民(53.7%)(χ^(2)=47.017,P<0.05)。对于“健康建德”建设活动,参与情况和满意度较高的是五水共治(85.63%)、较低的是中医传承(55.44%)。结论居民对于健康建德建设的认知尚有待深化,需求以健康支持环境的提供为主,获得感与满意度存在提升和改进空间,应继续加强健康城市建设的宣传与引导,营造良好的社会氛围,强化健康服务、健康环境建设的效果。

Objective To understand the current situation and existing problems of healthy city construction by investigating the needs and sense of gain of residents in Jiande City,and provide countermeasures and suggestions for future construction and development.Methods A total of 900 residents were investigated by multistage random sampling.Results The results showed that 40.1%,19.5% and 87.7% of the residents could correctly understand the conditions,social units and main responsibility subjects of healthy city construction.81.9% of the residents said that their needs and expectations for the construction of a healthy city were health trails.The sense of gain was higher for the public security(76.1%)and lower for the demolition and resettlement(54.1%).The sense of acquisition of street residents(75.1%)was higher than rural residents(53.7%)(χ^(2)=47.017,P<0.05).With regard to the participation and satisfaction of the construction activities of"health and morality",the five water treatment"(85.63%)was the highest,and the"traditional Chinese medicine inheritance"(55.44%)was the lowest.Conclusion The residents’awareness of health and moral construction needs to be deepened.The demand is mainly to provide a healthy supporting environment.There is room for improvement and improvement in their sense of gain and satisfaction.We should continue to strengthen the publicity and guidance of healthy city construction,create a good social atmosphere,and strengthen the effect of health services and healthy environment construction.
