立德树人视域下课程思政教学问题透视与路径优化研究 被引量:28

摘要 立德树人视域下的课程思政教学是高校教书育人工作的根本体现,也是对协同育人的基本诉求。剖析立德树人视域下课程思政教学过程中的教书与育人脱节、课堂教学思政元素单一、协同育人机制不协同、考核评价缺乏对课程思政元素的足够重视等现象,针对性的优化路径包括强化高校教师育人意识与立德责任、提高高校教师教学资源整合能力、以课程思政建设为核心完善高校协同育人机制、构建激发高校教师课程思政教学动力的制度支持体系等。 In the horizon of moral education and cultivating people,IPEAC(ideological and political education in all courses)embodies the mission of higher education and echoes the demand of collaborated cultivation of people.Presently,subject teaching and people cultivation are somewhat disconnected,classroom teaching fails to include comprehensive ideological and political education elements,the collaborative education mechanism does not work properly,and the evaluation system has inadequately considered IPEAC.Therefore,college teachers should strengthen their awareness of cultivating people and their competence in integrating instructional resources.Besides,we should improve the collaborative education mechanism and build up a supporting system to arouse the motivation of college teachers in practicing IPEAC.
