摘要
作为国际经济合作的首要论坛,二十国集团(G20)峰会机制的转型升级将会影响全球经济治理的方向。2022年起,G20将进入新兴国家时代。本文运用历史回顾、文献研究等方法对历届峰会议程设置进行定性分析,结合G20成员经济发展等核心数据进行定量分析,通过回顾G20机制的发展阶段,辨析了新兴国家的定义及新兴国家化的三大特征,重点提及了发达国家决策能力的弱化及新兴国家话语权的提升,从而对中国如何积极抓住“新兴国家化”的机遇以及中国的全球治理思路提出可行性建议。
As the premier forum for international economic co-operation,the transformation and upgrading of G20 will influence the future direction of global economic governance.Since 2022,the G20 has entered the era of emerging countries.By means of historical review and literature research,this study makes a qualitative analysis of the agenda of previous summits,and a quantitative analysis of the core data of G20 member countries economic development.A review of the development stages of the G20 mechanism identifies the definition,the three characteristics of emerging countries,and the weakening of advanced countries decision-making capacity and the increase of emerging countries influence.Finally,feasible suggestions are proposed on how China can actively seize the opportunities and on China s global governance thinking.
