新型低温前处理剂在棉针织布上的应用

Application of new low temperature pretreatment agent on cotton knitted fabric

为了开发高效节能的前处理工艺,采用新型低温前处理剂净棉灵VASCOUR■IR-04对棉针织布进行前处理。大生产实验结果表明,VASCOUR■IR-04在80℃下能够高效去除棉纤维中的杂质和色素,获得较好的白度和毛效,以21s精棉平纹布为例,白度为83.1,毛效为15.2 cm/30 min,且半成品具有良好的染深性。相较于传统前处理工艺,采用VASCOUR■IR-04在相同的前处理温度条件下,处理时间可以缩短30 min,毛效与白度基本一致,强力损失降低5%~8%。

In order to develop an efficient and energy-saving pretreatment process, a new low temperature pretreatment agent, Jingmianling VASCOUR■IR-04 was used to carry out pretreatment for cotton knitted fabric. The large-scale production experiment showed that VASCOUR■IR-04 could effectively remove impurities and pigments in cotton fiber at 80 ℃, and obtained better whiteness and wool effect. Take 21s cotton plain cloth for example, whiteness was 83.1, wool effect was 15.2 cm/30 min, and semi-finished products had good dyeing depth. Compared with the traditional pretreatment process, the treatment time of VASCOUR■IR-04 could be shortened by 30 min under the same pretreatment temperature, the gross effect and whiteness were basically the same, and the strength loss was reduced by 5%~8%.
