老旧PLC控制系统升级改造故障解决

摘要 文章通过对某海洋石油平台钻修机PLC控制系统的现状进行统计分析,根据现役钻修机的设备特点提出PLC控制系统升级改造方案,并以施工项目形式进行开展研究。对该升级改造项目的实施,旨在解决钻修机PLC控制系统存在的诸多问题,消除钻修井期间因控制系统故障带来的各类不利因素。通过对该项目调试期间的问题处理与经验总结,进一步发现和解决系统中存在的不足并做出优化完善。此项目为后续其它老旧控制系统升级改造提供了方案参考和故障解决方法,提升了电气自动化工程人员的技能水平和施工项目管理水平。 Based on the statistical analysis of the status quo of the PLC control system of a drilling and workover rig on an offshore oil platform,according to the characteristics of the existing drilling and workover rig equipment,this paper proposes a PLC control system upgrading and transformation scheme,which is carried out in the form of a construction project.The implementation of this upgrading and reconstruction project aims to solve many problems existing in the PLC control system of the drilling and workover machine and eliminate various adverse factors caused by the control system failure during drilling and workover.Through the problem handling and experience summary during the commissioning of the project,further finding and solving the deficiencies in the system and make optimization and improvement.This project provides scheme reference and fault solution for subsequent upgrading and reconstruction of other old control systems,and helps electrical automation engineers improve their skills and construction project management.
