摘要
以山西焦化甲醇厂DCS系统与PLC系统通讯为例,解决两者之间的数据通讯,本文介绍了通过BCNet-S7桥接控制器来实现DCS与PLC间通信的方法,让PLC系统中的数据在DCS系统上显示,提高工厂生产效率,满足生产需求。
Taking the communication between DCS system and PLC system in Shanxi Coking methanol plant as an example,the data communication between the two is solved.This paper introduces the method to realize the communication between DCS and PLC through BCNet-S7 bridge controller,so that the data in PLC system is displayed on the DCS system to improve the production efficiency of the factory and meet the production needs.
