针对0.4kV低压电缆接头容易出现绝缘破坏、接触不良、受潮腐蚀等问题,本文设计了一款0.4kV低压免压接多回路分线箱,该分线箱具有良好的防水性和耐腐蚀性。分线箱内部采用免压接小尺寸多回路组合,可以节约电缆的安装时间,提高低压电缆线路的安全可靠性和加快施工进度,相比于传统分接箱,大大减小了设备的使用面积。该分线箱用于小区、商业配电线路中,能够确保生产用电不间断,大幅提升电网企业的经济效益,减少用户生产停滞的损失。
