城市配电网电缆线路应用的研究

Research on Application of Cable Line in Urban Distribution Network

当前,我国城市发展水平不断提高,新城区建设和老旧城区改造正快速推进,城市配电网建设成为推动我国城市高质量发展的关键因素。城市配电网电缆线路具有美观、可靠、安全、占地少等优点,因此,大力发展城市配电网电缆线路是当前我国城市高质量、高标准发展的需求。本文通过应用内含收益率法、全生命周期、外部性及外部性内部化等相关理论方法,指出可以通过电力公司与利益相关方的共同努力,不断促进我国电力事业的发展,提升城市的发展水平。

At present,the level of urban development in China is constandy improving,and the construction of new urban areas and the transformation of old urban areas are advancing rapidly.The construction of urban distribution network has also become a key factor to promote the high-quality development of cities in China.The cable line of urban distribution network has the advantages of beauty,reliability,safety and less land occupation.Therefore,vigorously developing the cable line of urban distribution network is the demand of high quality and high standard development of cities in China.This paper points out that through the joint efforts of power companies and stakeholders,the development of China's power industry can be continuously promoted and the development level of cities can be improved through the application of relevant theories and methods such as the embedded rate of return method,full life cycle,externality and internalization of externality.
