Function Discussion and Application Analysis of Automatic Control Technology in Safety Production of Energy Enterprises

随着社会经济的持续发展,社会对能源的需求持续增长。但能源具有一定的安全风险,所以为保障能源生产供应的安全性和持续性,各能源企业均在生产过程中引入了自动化控制技术,以期在满足社会能源需求的同时,落实安全生产相关要求。文章对自动化控制技术在能源企业安全生产中的作用进行分析说明,并从系统监测、故障诊断、紧急控制3个角度分析自动化控制技术在能源企业安全生产中的应用举措,进而说明自动化控制技术的应用前景与发展方向,以期能够为后续自动化控制技术的应用与发展提供参考。

With the sustainable development of social economy,the demand for energy is also growing.However,due to the security risks of energy,in order to ensure the security and continuity of energy production and supply,all major energy enterprises have introduced automatic control technology in their production process,so as to meet the social energy demand and implement the requirements related to safe production.This paper will analyze and explain the role of automation control technology in the safety production of energy enterprises,and analyze the application measures of automation control technology in the safety production of energy enterprises from three perspectives of system monitoring,fault diagnosis and emergency control,and then explain the future application and development direction of automation control technology,hoping to provide a reference for the application and development of subsequent automation control technology.
