摘要
新版《职业教育专业简介》中,高等职业教育专科餐饮类(5402)中的“餐饮智能管理(540201)”是由原“餐饮管理(640201)”数字化改造升级而来。新专业与餐饮类其他专业的区别主要体现在职业面向、培养目标定位和专业属性上。同时,新专业与旅游类(5401)中“酒店管理与数字化运营(540106)”专业存在一定交集,对新专业内涵进行解析,将为学校制订人才培养方案提供基本遵循,为进一步提高餐饮教育教学质量助力。
The Ministry of Education(MOE) recently published a new edition of the Introduction to Vocational School Programs.Among the programs offered by higher vocational colleges,a major named “Catering Intelligent Management”(540201)which is in the Catering Category(5402) has been newly developed out of what used to be known as “Catering Management”(640201).After the digital transformation,the new major emphasizes “information literacy”,reflecting the ideas of the integration of vocational education and general education,and sustainable development.It matches the new digital career scenarios and meets the requirements of the times.The difference between the new major and other majors in Catering Category is mainly reflected in career orientations,training objectives and attributes of the majors concerned.In the meantime,there is some overlap between the new major and the major “Hospitality Management and Digital Operation ”(540106).Both majors aim to provide quality catering services for consumers,which is the embodiment of analyzing the key requirements according to typical tasks.Analyzing the connotation of the new major will provide guidelines for the higher vocational colleges to formulate their talent training plans,so as to improve the quality of catering vocational education and better serve the needs of society.
