临床教学管理者对科室护理带教教师管理工作的真实体验

The real experience of clinical teaching managers on the management of nursing teachers in the department

目的了解临床科室教学管理者在护理带教教师管理过程中的经验、困难及建议,分析教学医院在科室带教教师管理过程中的问题,为规范科室教学管理,进一步提升师资队伍提供参考依据。方法对泰安市中心医院11名护士长、总带教教师进行半结构式访谈,并采用质性研究的现象学方法,对访谈资料进行主题分析。结果提炼出5大主题:带教教师竞争机制不健全、部分带教教师教学行为缺乏、影响科室临床教学工作开展的因素、缺少统一的考核标准、对带教教师管理的建议。结论总带教教师教学活动的开展受到制度、职责、考评机制等多方面因素的影响,教学管理者应采取措施调动带教教师的工作积极性,促进教学队伍综合素质的整体提升。

Objective To understand the experience,difficulties and suggestions of teaching managers in the management of nursing teachers in clinical departments,and to analyze the problems in the management of teaching teachers in teaching hospitals,so as to provide reference for standardizing teaching management in departments and further improving the teaching staff.Methods Semi-structured interviews were conducted with 11 head nurses and general teachers in Tai'an Central Hospital,and thematic analysis of the interview data was carried out using phenomenological methods of qualitative research.Results Five themes were extracted,including the unsound competition mechanism of teaching teachers,the lack of teaching behavior of some teaching teachers,the factors affecting the clinical teaching work in the department,the lack of unified assessment standards,and the suggestions on the management of teaching teachers.Conclusions The development of teaching activities of general teaching teachers is affected by many factors such as system,responsibility,evaluation mechanism,etc.Teaching managers should take measures to mobilize the enthusiasm of teaching teachers and promote the overall improvement of the comprehensive quality of teaching team.
