Research progress of prognostic tools for neurological function in patients with TBI

创伤性脑损伤(TBI)具有较高的致死率和致残率,早期评估患者神经功能对指导临床救治和改善患者神经功能,降低死亡率和致残率具有重要意义。该文从TBI患者神经功能预后的普适性、评估量表的特性、应用领域等方面对国内外TBI患者神经功能预后评估工具进行综述,分析现有TBI患者神经功能预后评估工具存在的问题并提出建议,以期为临床医护人员选择合适的评估工具提供参考和依据。

Traumatic brain injury(TBI)has a high mortality and disability rate.Early assessment of neurological function of patients is of great significance to guide clinical treatment and improve the neurological function of patients,and reduce the mortality and disability rate.This paper reviewed the diagnostic tools for neurological function prognosis in TBI patients at home and abroad from the aspects of universality of neurological function prognosis in TBI patients,characteristics of assessment scales,application fields,etc.,analyzed the problems existing in the diagnostic tools for neurological function prognosis in TBI patients and put forward suggestions,in order to provide reference and basis for the selection of appropriate assessment tools for clinical medical staff.
