从叶天士“内风”理论认识黄芪治疗蛋白尿机制

Understanding the mechanism of milkvetch root on treating proteinuria from Ye Tianshi’s"endogenous wind"theory

结合近年来中医药治疗临床肾性蛋白尿的相关研究,从4个方面阐述叶天士对于“内风”的基本立论,包括肝阳化风,土虚风动,水亏风动,内风招引外风。并提出中医学“肾风”之蛋白尿的产生与“正虚”“内风”“外风”“伏风”几大因素关系密切的观点。将古代“黄芪主大风”理论,与叶天士“内风”理论相联系,结合现代医学研究证实黄芪具有减少尿蛋白的功效,探讨通过叶天士“内风”理论治疗蛋白尿可行性。以期为中医药控制尿蛋白提供新思路。

Based on the relevant studies on the clinical treatment of renal proteinuria with traditional Chinese medicine in recent years,this article first expounds Ye Tianshi’s basic theory of"endogenous wind"from four aspects,involving hyperactive liver yang causing wind,stirring wind due to earth deficiency,stirring wind due to water deficiency,and endogenous wind inducing exogenous wind.It also puts forward the view that proteinuria caused by"kidney wind"in traditional Chinese medicine is closely related to the primary factors such as"healthy qi deficiency","endogenous wind","exogenous wind"and"latent wind".Finally,linking the ancient theory of"milkvetch root dominating heavy wind"to Ye Tianshi’s"endogenous wind"theory,and combined with the a ffi rmed effect of milkvetch root in reducing urinary protein,the paper discusses the feasibility of treating proteinuria through Ye Tianshi’s theory of"internal wind",with a hope of providing new ideas for controlling urinary protein in Chinese medicine.
