摘要
头孢曲松钠(CS)是普遍使用的抗生素药品,在地表水和污水厂排水中经常检出。本研究通过Friedel-Crafts和化学。修饰反应,以低交联度的聚苯乙烯-二乙烯苯为骨架,制备了两种超高交联吸附树脂GO-00、GNH-01。以CS为目标污染物,考察了时间、温度、初始浓度、pH、树脂投加量等因素对吸附效果的影响。结果表明:温度越高、投加量越大,越有利于吸附。pH=3时,GO-00吸附量最大;pH=7时,GNH-01的吸附量最大,碱性条件下吸附效果均较差。吸附等温线均符合Langmuir吸附模型,属于单分子层吸附,吸附过程是吸热过程。CS在两种树脂上既有物理吸附也有化学吸附。动力学研究表明,两种吸附剂的吸附过程,均较好的符合拟二级动力学方程(R^(2)>0.98)。由于吸附剂和CS之间存在电荷作用,功能基团的引入提升了树脂的吸附性能。此外,氢键作用也增加了吸附过程的吸附量。为探究树脂回收性能,以5%NaOH作为脱附液,GNH-01再生效果较好,可被重复使用。
Ceftriaxone sodium(CS)is a commonly used antibiotic drug,which is frequently detected in surface water and sewage treatment plant drainage.In this study,chloromethylated styrene-divinylbenzene copolymers with a low cross-linking degree were used to prepare two kinds of ultrahigh crosslinking adsorption GO-00 and GNH-01 by Friedel-Crafts and chemical modification.The effects of time,temperature,initial concentration of CS,pH value of a solution,resin dosage,and other factors on the adsorption were investigated.The results of the static adsorption experiment showed that the higher the temperature and the greater dosage were more favorable adsorption.When the pH=3,the adsorption capacity of CS by GO-00 was the largest;When the pH=7,the GNH-01 had the largest adsorption capacity for CS,however,the adsorption effect was poor under the alkaline conditions.The adsorption isotherms are consistent with the Langmuir adsorption model,which is single molecular layer adsorption,and the adsorption process is endothermic.The CS had both physical and chemical adsorption on the two resins.The kinetic results showed that the adsorption of CS by the two adsorbents was in agreement with the pseudo-second-order kinetic equation(R^(2)>0.98).The introduction of functional groups improved the adsorption performance of the resin,which is mainly related to the charge interaction between the adsorbent and CS,and hydrogen bonding also enhanced the physical adsorption process and adsorption capacity.To investigate the resin recovery performance,GNH-01 was regenerated with 5%NaOH as the desorbing solution,and it could be reused.
