摘要
根据白酒生产废水高色度,高有机污染物、高氮磷等特点及排放标准的要求,四川某大型白酒生产企业采用以“三级清渣+预沉+调节+两级EGSB+Phoredox+混凝沉淀+过滤+消毒”为主体的三级处理工艺对白酒生产废水进行处理。经过长时间的运行,结果表明,废水经处理后可以稳定达到《发酵酒精和白酒工业水污染物排放标准》(GB27631-2011)表3直接排放标准的要求,且具有系统运行稳定,抗冲击负荷能力强,处理效果好等优点。该工艺处理白酒生产废水是可行的。
According to the characteristics of high chroma,high organic pollutants,high nitrogen and phosphorus in White Spirit Production wastewater and the requirements of discharge standards,A large-scale liquor making enterprise in Sichuan adopts the three stage treatment process,which is mainly composed of three stage slag removal+pre precipitation+adjustment+two EGSB+Phoredox+coagulation sedimentation+filtration+disinfection,to treat White Spirit Production wastewater,After a long time operation,The results showed that the effluent could be stabilized to meet the requirements of direct emission standard of Table 3 of the Discharge standard of Water pollutants for fermentation alcohol and distilled spirits industry(GB 27631-2011),and it has the advantages of stable operation,strong impact load resistance,and good treatment effect.This process is feasible for treating White Spirit Production wastewater.
