摘要
睡眠呼吸障碍在近一年来取得了一些重要进展,特别是阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停(OSA)的诊断、分型和评估,合并症及个体化治疗等方面备受国内外学者关注。本文就2021年10月1日至2022年9月30日睡眠呼吸障碍的进展进行简要介绍,希望对OSA的诊治和未来研究方向提供更多思路。
In the past year,some important progress has been made in the field of sleep medicine,especially in the diagnosis,classification,evaluation,complications,and individualized treatment of obstructive sleep apnea(OSA).This article briefly introduced the latest progress and research results in the field of sleep medicine at home and abroad from 1^(st) October 2021 to 30^(th) September 2022,hoping to provide more ideas on the diagnosis and treatment of OSA and future research directions.
