摘要
在当前电力市场环境下,机组AGC指令的特性发生了较大改变,高频、反复波动的AGC指令成为机组负荷调节的常态。而当前控制策略的设计,特别是变负荷策略的设计,并未考虑AGC状态和充分利用机组蓄热的问题,具有较大的局限性。针对当前电力市场环境下,机组变负荷策略中的短板问题进行了分析。提出了基于AGC指令状态的火电机组变负荷控制策略,在判断机组AGC指令状态的基础上,于相对稳定工况时充分利用机组蓄热加快汽机侧的负荷调节速率,实现机组负荷调节速率的提升。
Under the current electricity market environment,the characteristics of AGC commands of units have undergone great changes,and high-frequency and repeatedly fluctuating AGC commands have become the norm of unit load regulation.However,the AGC status and full utilization of unit heat storage are not considered,sothe design of the current control strategies have great limitations,especially the design of the variable load strategies.In this paper,shortcomings of the unit variable load strategies under the electricity market environment was analyzed.A variable load control strategies for thermal power units based on the AGC command state was proposed.On the basis of judging the AGC command state of the unit,the fully heat storage can speed up the load regulation rate of the turbine under relatively stable conditions to promote the load regulation rate.
