铝铵矾渣合成高纯莫来石的试验研究 被引量:1

摘要 为了回收利用铝铵矾渣,通过反应烧结法制备得到高纯莫来石,并分析了硅源、硅灰添加量等工艺参数对其物相组成的影响。结果表明,以硅灰为硅源,铝铵矾渣:硅灰为7∶3,在1400℃下保温10 h进行烧结得到莫来石为主晶相的产物;以木质素溶液为结合剂在1480℃下二次烧结3 h,制备得到高纯莫来石,且具有优异的使用性能。 In order to utilize aluminum ammonium alum slag,high-purity mullite was prepared by reaction-sintering method.Moreover,the effect of process parameters(silicon source,addition of silica fume and so on)on its phase composition was investigated.The results indicated that product with mullite as the main crystalline phase could be obtained by sintering at 1400℃for 10 h with silica fume as the silicon source when mass ratio between aluminum ammonium alum slag and silica fume is 7∶3.And the obtained product was second sintered at 1480℃for 3 h with lignin solution as the binder to prepare high-purity mullite with excellent service performance.
