摘要
轴承钢(GCr15)经过球化退火,可以获得均匀分布的球粒状珠光体组织,硬度降至HB179~207,不仅便于切削加工,也为避免淬火开裂,获得优良的机械性能做必要的组织准备。本文通过对GCr15球化退火时重量及布料方式的探究,进行了4组对比实验,通过对不同方案下的球化组织进行评级,确定了最佳热处理方案为单层布料的退火方式,重量控制在50~65 t时效果最佳。
After spheroidizing annealing,bearing steel(GCR15)can get uniformly distributed globular pearlite.The hardness is reduced to HB179-207.It is not only to be easier for cutting,but also necessary of structure preparing to avoid quenching cracking and obtain good mechanical properties.In this paper,through the study on the weight and distribution methods of GCR15 spheroidizing annealing,four groups of contrast experiments are carried out,and the spheroidized structure of GCR15 under different schemes are evaluated,the best annealing method is single layer distribution,the best effect is obtained when the weight is controlled between 50-65 t.
