摘要 利用火炬树树叶、果穗、树皮和树根水浸液处理白菜幼苗,探究火炬树水浸液对白菜幼苗生长和光合特性的影响.结果表明:火炬树树叶、果穗、树皮、树根水浸液各水平间白菜幼苗的株高、叶长、叶宽差异极显著(F分别为209.30**、151.52**、15.82**,257.04**、261.83**、17.01**,261.10**、120.00**、9.72**,73.46**、64.60**、6.59**).白菜幼苗株高、叶长、叶宽RI<0,化感抑制作用为树叶>树皮>果穗>树根;树叶、果穗、树皮、树根水浸液各水平间白菜幼苗净光合速率、气孔导度、胞间CO_(2)浓度、蒸腾速率差异极显著(F分别为8.54**、5.83**、4.91**、4.34**,11.28**、8.01**、18.40**、4.78**,11.55**、17.24**、14.99**,7.09**、12.92**、58.42**、14.94**).白菜幼苗净光合速率、气孔导度、胞间CO_(2)浓度、蒸腾速率RI<0,化感抑制作用为树叶>果穗>树根>树皮. Samolous parviflorus seedlings are treated with extractions from leaves,ears,barks and roots of Rhus typhina to explore its effects on the growth and photosynthetic characteristics of Samolous parviflorus seedlings.The experiment results indicate that there are significant differences in plant height,leaf length and leaf width of Samolous parviflorus seedlings among the levels of leaf,ear,bark and root extractions(F values are 209.30**,151.52**,15.82**,257.04**,261.83**,17.01**,261.10**,120.00**,9.72**,73.46**,64.60**,6.59**,respectively).RI of the plant height,leaf length and leaf width of Samolous parviflorus seedlings are less than zero,and the allelopathic inhibition effect can be sorted as leaf>bark>ear>root.The net photo-synthetic rate,stomatal conductance,intercellular CO_(2)concentration and transpiration rate of Samolous parviflorus seedlings are significantly different among the levels of leaf,ear,bark and root extractions(F values are 8.54**,5.83**,4.91**,4.34**;11.28**,8.01**,18.40**,4.78**;11.55**,17.24**,14.99**;7.09**,12.92**,58.42**,14.94**,respectively).RI of the net photosynthetic rate,stomatal conductance,intercellular CO_(2)concentration and transpiration rate of Samolous parviflorus seedlings are less than zero,and the allelopathic inhibition effect can be sorted as leaf>ear>root>bark.
