基于CiteSpace的我国近十年术后中医护理的可视化分析

Visual analysis of postoperative TCM nursing in China in recent ten years based on CiteSpace

目的:分析国内近十年术后中医护理文献的研究态势,为术后更高效、精细化的运用中医护理提供思路。方法:在CNKI数据库检索2010年至2021年术后中医护理的相关文献,应用CiteSpace软件评估发文作者、机构、关键词等指标特征。结果:共筛检出1674篇有效文献,发文量最多的机构为河南省中医院和河南中医药大学第二附属医院,发文量最多的作者为刘玮。研究内容集中于并发症、热点疾病、中医护理和观察指标4个方面,体现为穴位按摩、耳穴压豆、艾灸、穴位贴敷等技术在骨科、肛肠科、妇产科等疾病术后疼痛、尿潴留、腹胀、便秘并发症中的应用情况,并以效果、生活质量、满意度等为效果观察指标。并发症、术后恢复为研究前沿热点。结论:术后中医临床护理研究得到了一定的发展,但机构和作者之间合作薄弱;研究深度还不够,缺乏大规模的术后中医延续护理、系统科学的术后中医循证理念研究,未来还需紧密作者、机构间的合作,细化和延伸术后中医护理方案。

Objective:To analyze the research situation of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)nursing literature after surgery in recent ten years in China,and to provide ideas for more efficient and refined use of postoperative TCM nursing.Methods:Literature related to postoperative TCM nursing from 2010 to 2021 was retrieved from CNKI database,and CiteSpace software was used to evaluate the characteristics of authors,institutions,keywords and other indicators.Results:A total of 1674 valid literatures were screened,and the institution with the largest number of publications was Henan hospital of traditional Chinese medicine&the second affiliated hospital of Henan university of traditional Chinese medicine,with LIU Wei as the lead author.Research content focused on four aspects including complications,hot disease,TCM nursing and observation indexes,which were mainly in the forms of acupuncture point massage,ear beans,moxibustion,acupoint sticking technology applicated in relieving pain,urine retention,postoperative complications,the application of abdominal distension and constipation in orthopaedics,anorectal,obstetrics and gynecology diseases.Complications,quality of life,satisfaction were taken as the effect observation indexes.Complications and postoperative recovery are the research hotspots.Conclusion:Postoperative TCM clinical nursing research has been developed to some extent,but the cooperation between institutions and authors is lacking.The depth of researches is not enough,and there is a lack of large-scale postoperative TCM continuing care and systematic and scientific research on the evidence-based concept of postoperative TCM.In the future,close cooperation between authors and institutions is needed to refine and extend the postoperative TCM nursing plan.
