Mo-Cu复合材料研究进展

摘要 Mo-Cu复合材料具有可调控的热膨胀系数、良好的导电导热性能、优异的耐高温性,广泛应用于电触头、电子封装、热沉材料等领域。目前国内外Mo-Cu复合材料制备方法主要有熔渗法、粉末冶金法、液相烧结法等。近年来相关研究学者基于复合粉末原料设计、制备工艺调控及后处理工艺进行Mo-Cu复合材料制备技术的探究,采用激光烧结成型技术、热轧复合技术等方法制备了高致密度、性能优异的Mo-Cu复合材料,为Mo-Cu复合材料制备提供了新思路、新方法,但相关研究技术不够成熟,限制了Mo-Cu复合材料规模化制备与应用,Mo-Cu复合材料未来的研究方向主要是工业化制备性能优异的Mo-Cu复合材料。 Mo-Cu composites have adjustable thermal expansion coefficient,good conductivity and thermal conductivity,excellent high temperature resistance,and are widely used in electrical contacts,electronic packaging,heat sink materials and other fields.At present,the main preparation methods of Mo-Cu composites at home and abroad are melting infiltration method,powder metallurgy method,liquid phase sintering method and so on.In recent years,relevant researchers have explored the preparation technology of Mo-Cu composite materials based on the design of composite powder raw materials,preparation process regulation and post-treatment technology,and prepared Mo-Cu composite materials with high density and excellent performance by using laser sintering forming technology,hot rolling composite technology and other methods,providing new ideas and new methods for the preparation of Mo-Cu composites.However,relevant research technologies are not mature enough,which limits the large-scale preparation and application of Mo-Cu composites.The future research direction of Mo-Cu composites is mainly to prepare Mo-Cu composites with excellent performance on an industrial scale.
