钼铁冶炼烟灰压块熔炼工艺探析及生产实践

摘要 结合冶炼烟灰回炉熔炼钼铁技术现状分析,研究冶炼烟灰的粘结剂配比、混料机转速、压块机压力等3个因素对压块的影响,并开展相关压块配方正交试验及其熔炼工艺试验。试验结果表明:利用烟灰压块配料冶炼钼铁反应气氛稳定,渣铁分离良好,能提升钼铁产能、回收率等技术经济指标,降低冶炼辅料成本,具有工业推广应用价值。 Combined with the analysis of technical status of the soot back to furnace for ferromolybdenum smelting process, the influence of three factors, i.e.binder ratio of smelting soot, mixer speed and presser pressure on briquetting was studied, and the orthogonal tests of the relevant briquetting formula and its melting process were carried out.The test results show that using the smelting of ferric molybdenum with soot briquetting makes the reaction atmosphere stable and the separation of slag and iron is good, which can improve the technical and economic indexes of ferric molybdenum production capacity, recovery rate and reduce the cost of smelting auxiliary materials.It has industrial popularization and application value.
