摘要 通过开展硅质量分数25%高硅铝合金粉尘燃爆特性研究,揭示了硅质量分数25%高硅铝合金粉尘的最小点火能、最低着火温度、爆炸下限和最大爆炸压力。研究结果表明,在实际生产中要防止高硅铝合金粉尘云与雷电、静电、生产中摩擦或碰撞所产生的火花等能量源接触,避免达到高硅铝合金粉尘云的最小点火能0.1~0.2 mJ而引发爆炸事故;要防止出现明火与发热设备热表面温度达到高硅铝合金粉尘云最低着火温度960℃;对高硅铝合金生产场所、工艺设备等进行抗爆设计时,约束爆炸压力措施承受最大爆炸压力的冲击至少要在0.525 MPa或以上。 By the research on the ignition and explosion characteristics of aluminum alloy dust with 25%silicon content was carried out.The minimum ignition energy,minimum ignition temperature,lower explosion limit,and maximum explosion pressure of aluminum alloy dust with 25%silicon content were revealed.The following results were achieved:in actual production,it is necessary to prevent the aluminum alloy dust with higher silicon contents from contacting with energy sources such as lightning,static electricity,sparks generated by friction or collision in production and avoid reaching the minimum ignition energy of 0.1-0.2 mJ of aluminum alloy dust with higher silicon contents and causing explosion accidents.To prevent the occurrence of open flame and the hot surface temperature of heating equipment reaches the minimum ignition temperature of 960℃of aluminum alloy dust with higher silicon contents.When carrying out an anti-explosion design for production sites and process equipment of aluminum alloy dust with higher silicon contents,the restraint explosion pressure measures must withstand the impact of the maximum explosion pressure at least 0.525 MPa or more.
