摘要
建立了粉末涂料固体废物属性鉴别方法:(1)采用红外光谱分析物料的主要成分;(2)利用X射线荧光光谱对物料中的主要无机元素和有害元素进行半定量分析;(3)按《热固性粉末涂料》(HG/T 2006—2006)测定物料的主要质量参数;(4)根据《固体废物鉴别标准通则》(GB 34330—2017)相关条款,得到物料的固体废物鉴别结论。本方法可为粉末涂料固体废物属性鉴别提供参考。
This paper establishes a method for identifying the properties of powder coating solid waste:(1)Analyze the main components of materials by infrared spectroscopy;(2)Use X-ray fluorescence spectroscopy to semi-quantitatively analyze the main inorganic elements and harmful elements in the materials;(3)Determine the main quali—ty parameters of materials according to HG/T 2006—2006"Thermosetting Powder Coatings";(4)According to GB34330—2017"Identification Standards for Solid Wastes General Rules"Clause,obtain the solid waste identification conclusion of the material.This method can provide a reference for the identification of powder coating solid waste attributes,so as to better promote the development of solid waste identification.
