This article starts with the pathogenesis,treatment principles and drug selection of children’s upper airway cough syndrome,summarizes the literature related to children’s upper airway cough syndrome in recent years,objectively analyzes the current situation of drugs for the treatment of children’s upper airway cough syndrome,and comprehensively evaluates the advantages and disadvantages of different drugs and the safety in children’s medication,so as to provide some theoretical support for the clinical research of children’s upper airway cough syndrome.
