补充与替代医学干预孤独症谱系障碍的研究进展

Research progress of complementary and alternative medicine intervention in autism spectrum disorders

孤独症谱系障碍(ASD)是一种神经发育障碍性疾病,以社会互动、交流交往障碍,异常的重复刻板行为、兴趣范围狭窄及日常行为活动能力受限为临床特征。因其发病机制不明,目前尚无有效治疗方法。补充与替代医学(CAM)作为一种非主流干预疗法,目前已成为西方主流医学的重要补充体系,并被广泛运用于ASD治疗。本文通过查阅近年来国内外相关文献,概述了CAM治疗ASD的现状及可行性,以期为ASD儿童的治疗提供新的思路。

Autism spectrum disorder(ASD)is a neurodevelopmental disorder characterized by difficulties in social interaction and communication,abnormal repetitive behaviors,narrow areas of interest,and limited ability to conduct daily activities.Because its pathogenesis is unknown,there is no effective treatment at present.Complementary and alternative medicine(CAM),as a non-mainstream intervention therapy,has become an important complementary system of western mainstream medicine and has been widely used in the treatment of ASD.In this paper,the current situation and feasibility of CAM therapy for ASD children were summarized by referring to relevant literatures at home and abroad in recent years,aiming to provide new ideas for the treatment of ASD children.
