摘要
采用五水硝酸铋、柠檬酸、偏钒酸铵、浓硝酸,以N-N二甲基为溶剂,采用溶剂热煅烧法制备BiVO_(4),通过掺杂不同比例的Ag^(+)对BiVO_(4)降解亚基蓝效率的影响,同时研究除Ag^(+)以外Zn^(2+)、Fe^(3+)掺杂对BiVO_(4)光催化活性的影响。采用XRD、漫反射、紫外-可见分光光度计等检测仪器对合成试样的物相组成、微观形貌及光催化性能进行了表征。结果表明,Fe_(0.1)/Bi_(0.9)VO_(4)对亚甲基蓝光催效率最优。
Bismuth nitrate pentahydrate,citric acid,ammonium metavanadate and concentrated nitric acid were used to prepare BiVO_(4)by solvothermal calcination method with N-N dimethyl as solvent.The effect of doping different proportion of Ag^(+)on the efficiency of BiVO_(4)degradation of methylene blue was studied,and the effect of doping Zn^(2+)and Fe^(3+)on the photocatalytic activity of BiVO_(4)was also studied.The phase composition,micro-morphology and photocatalytic performance of the synthesized samples were characterized by XRD,diffuse reflectance,UV-V is spectrophotometer and other detection instruments.The results showed that Fe_(0.1)/Bi_(0.9)VO_(4)had the best photocatalytic efficiency for methylene blue.
