摘要
地黄是中国的大宗药材之一,在其种植过程中存在严重的连作障碍,因此每茬收获后须间隔8~10 a才能再次种植。许多研究者认为化感自毒作用是造成地黄连作障碍的主要原因之一,而连作障碍形成及加重的原因极其复杂,根际作为植物-土壤生态系统物质交换的一个界面,是根系-土壤-微生物三者紧密结合、相互交流的场所。本文对地黄土壤中的化感物质、根际微生物等地黄连作障碍的成因和连作障碍的消减措施等方面进行梳理,以期为今后的相关研究提供依据。
Rehmannia glutinosa is one of the bulk medicinal materials in China.There are serious continuous cropping obstacles in its planting process.Therefore,it is necessary to replant rehmannia glutinosa at an interval of 8~10 years after each harvest.Many researchers believe that allelopathic autotoxicity is one of the main reasons for the continuous cropping obstacle of rehmannia glutinosa.The reasons for the formation and aggravation of the continuous cropping obstacle are extremely complex.As an interface for the material exchange of the plant-soil ecosystem,the rhizosphere is the place where the root-soil-microorganism three closely combine and interact.In this paper,the causes of continuous cropping obstacles of rehmannia glutinosa,such as allelochemicals and rhizosphere microorganisms in the soil of rehmannia glutinosa,and the reduction measures of continuous cropping obstacles are reviewed in order to provide a basis for future relevant research.
