摘要
在加油站油气回收过程中,活性炭吸附法已经被广泛研究,但在实际运用中,过程控制还有待深入研究和优化。本文分析了活性炭吸附原理及影响因素,并开展工艺设计计算、吸附/脱附试验,将工艺计算结果、试验结果和在站装置运行数据进行耦合,提出碳吸附装置的过程控制优化措施,保障装置油气排放稳定达标。
In the process of oil and gas recovery in gas stations,the activated carbon adsorption method has been widely studied,but in practical application,the process control still needs to be further studied and optimized.This paper analyzes the principle of activated carbon adsorption and its influencing factors,and carries out process design calculation,adsorption/desorption test,coupling the process calculation results,test results and the operation data of the plant in the station,and proposes the process control optimization measures of the carbon adsorption plant to ensure the stable and standard oil and gas emissions of the plant.
