摘要
受我国能源富煤、少气、贫油的特点影响,煤炭一直以来都是我国最重要的能源基础。高硫是我国煤炭的特点之一,因此硫回收装置是现代煤化工企业的重要环保设施。硫回收装置多采用克劳斯工艺,处理的介质一般分为两股:一股是来自变换工段的含氨汽提气;另一股是来自脱硫脱碳工段的高H2S含量的酸性气。长期以来,湿酸性对硫回收装置的运行影响较大,导致多数煤化工企业的环保设施不能平稳运行。为此,本文通过从湿酸性气流量、温度、组分等角度对硫回收系统的影响成因和后果进行了分析研究,同时提出了相应解决方案,并经实践验证可行。
Affected by the characteristics of rich coal,low gas and poor oil in China’s energy,coal has always been the most important energy base in China.High sulfur is one of the characteristics of coal in China,so sulfur recovery unit is an important environmental protection facility for modern coal chemical enterprises.The sulfur recovery unit mostly adopts Claus process,and the medium to be treated is generally divided into two streams:one is the ammonia-containing stripping gas from the shift section.The other is sour gas with high H2S content from desulfurization and decarbonization section.For a long time,wet acidity has a great impact on the operation of sulfur recovery units,resulting in the unstable operation of environmental protection facilities in most coal chemical enterprises.For this reason,this paper analyzes and studies the causes and consequences of the impact of the sulfur recovery system from the perspective of wet acid gas flow,temperature and composition,and puts forward corresponding solutions,which are verified to be feasible by practice.
