The actual situation of pipeline welding in many domestic coal chemical enterprises was investigated,and the failure reasons were analyzed from the welding process,the evaluation method of welded joints,and the factors affecting the fatigue strength and welding deformation of welded joints.It provides technical guarantee for pipeline welding,and a good reference for future coal-to-ethylene glycol pipeline welding.
