摘要
焦炭质量与其显微结构息息相关,决定焦炭显微结构的主要是煤的内在因素有煤岩组成、变质程度等,还有外在加工工艺条件等。如何优化和综合运用内外重要影响因素指导配煤炼焦,则是提高焦炭质量的关键。本文采用现代数学方法与煤岩学和炼焦学原理相结合对煤岩指标进行优化的方法来解决实际应用问题。
The quality of coke is closely related to its microstructure.The main factors that determine the microstructure of coke are the internal factors of coal,such as petrographic composition,metamorphic degree,and external processing conditions.How to optimize and comprehensively use important internal and external factors to guide coal blending and coking is the key to improve coke quality.In this paper,the method of combining modern mathematical methods with the principles of coal petrology and coking to optimize the coal petrology indexes is used to solve the practical application problems.
