摘要
采面开采煤层中含有坚硬夹矸时,不仅会降低采面推进速度、增加采煤机磨损量而且在截割夹矸时容易产生高温火花,给采面生产带来安全威胁。3302综采工作面回采3#煤层,采用高压水力压裂技术对采面开采范围内煤层夹矸(坚硬石灰岩)超过0.6 m区域进行弱化处理,并对钻孔布置方案以及效果应用情况进行分析。现场应用后,水力压裂弱化区域内夹矸裂隙发育,采面保持正常推进,不仅可满足煤炭高效生产需要而且提高安全生产保障能力。
When the coal seam in the mining face contains hard gangue,it will not only reduce the advancing speed of the mining face,increase the wear of the shearer,but also easily produce high-temperature sparks when cutting the gangue,which will pose a safety threat to the mining face production.The 3302 fully mechanized mining face mined the 3#coal seam.The high-pressure hydraulic fracturing technology was used to weaken the coal seam with gangue(hard limestone)more than 0.6 m within the mining range of the mining face,and the drilling layout plan and effect application were analyzed.After field application,hydraulic fracturing weakens the development of gangue cracks in the area,and the mining face maintains normal progress,which can not only meet the needs of efficient coal production but also improve the safety production guarantee capacity.
