摘要 在铜箔的生产制造过程中,洁净室控制过程中有需要降温和升温的步骤,在这一过程中不仅需要耗电降温还需蒸汽加热,不利于节能减排及行业的碳达峰、碳中和目标的实现。基于此,从节能减排的角度出发,采用新型热管技术对传统的工艺进行改造,达到了一定的节能减排的目的,并对相关的具体数据进行了统计和计算,有效验证了节能效果。 In the production and manufacturing process of copper foil,there are cooling and heating steps in the clean room control process.In this process,not only power consumption is required for cooling but also steam heating,which is not conducive to energy conservation and emission reduction and the realization of the industry’s carbon peak and carbon neutralization goals.Based on this,from the point of view of energy conservation and emission reduction,the traditional process has been transformed with new heat pipe technology to achieve a certain purpose of energy conservation and emission reduction,and the relevant specific data have been statistically and calculated,effectively verifying the energy conservation effect.
