摘要
化工生产工艺过程具有较高的危险性,为进一步提高化工生产装置和工艺的本质安全,减少化工行业的事故风险,采用HAZOP等分析方法对化工生产系统的工艺风险进行分析、辨识化工生产工艺过程中的危险源以及偏差问题,结合HAZOP分析结果有针对性地制定切实有效的工艺控制措施,加强对化工生产工艺的安全管理,提升工艺安全管理水平,解决化工行业多发的事故问题,确保化工装置安全、平稳运行。为今后HAZOP化工生产过程的风险评估和工艺风险危害控制提供进一步的探讨和借鉴作用。
The chemical production process is highly dangerous.In order to further improve the intrinsic safety of chemical production devices and processes and reduce the accident risk of the chemical industry,HAZOP and other analysis methods are used to analyze the process risk of the chemical production system,identify the hazard sources and deviation problems in the chemical production process,and formulate practical and effective process control measures in combination with the HAZOP analysis results,strengthen the safety management of chemical production processes,improve the level of process safety management,solve the frequent accidents in the chemical industry,and ensure the safe and stable operation of chemical plants.It provides further discussion and reference for the risk assessment and process risk hazard control of HAZOP chemical production process in the future.
