随着现阶段我国国民经济水平的整体提升,基于工业化发展进程的不断加快,环境保护工作受到越来越多的人关注。环境监察工作是我国开展环境保护工作的重要举措,作为我国环保事业中的重要行政部门,其主要是根据我国当前现行的环境保护法律法规,重点对违反相关法律条例的社会行为进行监督与管理,其本身具备一定的执法权力,是当前将我国环保政策落到实处的重要途径。本文主要从环境监察的角度出发,简要阐述环境监察工作的主要职责,分析环境监察在环境保护中的重要作用,重点对提升环境监察工作水平的有效路径进行探究。

With the overall improvement of China’s national economic level at this stage,and based on the continuous acceleration of the industrialization process,environmental protection has attracted more and more attention.Environmental supervision is an important measure to carry out environmental protection work in China.As an important administrative department in China’s environmental protection cause,it is mainly to supervise and manage the social behaviors that violate relevant laws and regulations according to the current environmental protection laws and regulations in China.It has certain law enforcement powers and is an important way to implement China’s environmental protection policy.From the perspective of environmental supervision,this paper briefly describes the main responsibilities of environmental supervision,analyzes the important role of environmental supervision in environmental protection,and focuses on exploring effective ways to improve the level of environmental supervision.
