基于亥姆霍兹线圈的非接触磁化装置的研究与设计

摘要 根据亥姆霍兹线圈特征设计了一种新型非接触磁化装置,计算线圈长度,采用扁线圈立绕方式增强磁场强度;并通过轴向、径向及感应电流法磁化,验证了可行性和有效性。对小尺寸精密零件的磁粉检测具有较高的工程应用价值。 A new magnetizer was designed to perform non-contact magnetization according to the Helmholtz coil characteristic.Suitable coil length was calculated and analyzed to strengthen the magnetic field, as well as using flat coil vertical winding.Three methods of axial, radial and induced current magnetization used to verify the magnetizer performance and operating conveniently.The new non-contact magnetizer was of significance in industrial application.
