摘要
介绍了测量不确定度的概念及管理要求,结合无损检测应用特点,给出了轴承磁粉检测缺陷长度的测量不确定度评定案例。
This paper introduces the concept and management requirements of measurement uncertainty, and combined with the application characteristics of non-destructive testing, gives an evaluation case of measurement uncertainty of bearing magnetic particle testing defect length.
