化疗联合唑来膦酸治疗肺癌骨转移的临床疗效观察

Clinical observation of chemotherapy combined with Zoledronic acid in the treatment of lung cancer bone metastasis

目的探究化疗联合唑来膦酸治疗肺癌骨转移的临床疗效。方法采取随机数字表法将90例肺癌骨转移患者分为2组各45例,对照组给予诺维本联合顺铂化疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用唑来膦酸治疗。对比2组临床疗效、治疗前后骨痛程度评分、血清碱性磷酸酶及钙离子水平变化,统计治疗期间不良反应情况。结果观察组的临床总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组治疗后与治疗前相比骨痛程度评分降低,血清碱性磷酸酶及钙离子水平均降低,且观察组降低幅度大于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组治疗期间不良反应发生率无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论化疗联合唑来膦酸治疗肺癌骨转移的临床疗效显著,可有效改善骨痛情况,降低血清碱性磷酸酶及钙离子水平,且安全性较高。

Objective To explore and analyze the clinical efficacy of chemotherapy combined with zoledronic acid in the treatment of bone metastases from lung cancer. Methods A random number table method was used to group the patients with lung cancer bone metastases admitted from May 2018 to May 2020 in our hospital,45 cases in each group. The control group was given conventional noviben combined with cisplatin chemotherapy,and the observation group was based on the control group. Add zoledronic acid treatment to compare the clinical efficacy,bone pain scores before and after treatment,changes in serum alkaline phosphatase and calcium ion levels between the two groups,and observe the adverse reactions during the treatment.Results The total clinical effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). After treatment,the two groups had lower bone pain scores than before treatment,and serum alkaline phosphatase and calcium ion levels were reduced. The observation group had lower bone pain scores after treatment compared with the control group,and serum alkaline phosphate Enzyme and calcium ion levels decreased on average,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups during treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion Chemotherapy combined with zoledronic acid has a significant clinical effect in the treatment of bone metastases from lung cancer. It can effectively improve bone pain and promote the adjustment of serum alkaline phosphatase and calcium ion levels. There are no obvious adverse reactions during the treatment period,and the safety is high.
