始终坚持人民主体地位是中国共产党矢志不渝的追求,在党的二十大报告中展现得淋漓尽致,并推向了一个新的历史高度。首先,人民主体地位集中体现为“人民至上”这一根本立场,体现了群众史观,是马克思主义政党的本质属性、理论来源和最大的政治。其次,人民主体地位是发展全过程人民民主的政治保障,体现为全面发展协商民主,积极发展基层民主,巩固和发展最广泛的人民民主。最后,人民主体地位体现为贯彻以人民为中心的发展思想,增进民生福祉,提高人民生活品质,办好人民满意的教育,推动绿色发展,改善人民生态环境,推进全体人民共同富裕的中国式现代化。

Always ensuring the principal status of the people is the unswerving pursuit of the Communist Party of China, which has been fully elaborated in the report of the 20th CPC National Congress and pushed to a new historical height. The first significance is to adhere to the fundamental position of upholding the “People First” principle, which is the standpoint, viewpoint and methodology that runs through the world outlook and methodology in the process of adapting Marxism to the Chinese context and the needs of the times. The second significance is to develop the political guarantee for people’s democracy in the whole process, to comprehensively develop consultative democracy, to actively develop grassroots democracy, and to consolidate and develop the broadest people’s democracy. Finally, it is necessary to implement the people-centered development concept, improve people’s livelihood and well-being, raise people’s quality of life, offer education that satisfies the people, promote green development, improve ecological environment, and accelerate the Chinese-style modernization for the common prosperity of all people.
