Strengthening Party building of CPC in social organizations is an important part of upholding and strengthening the Party’s overall leadership and consolidating the Party’s governing foundation. It is also an urgent need to guide, standardize and promote the healthy development of social organizations in the new era.The healthy and long-term development of social organizations cannot be separated from the sustained support of social capital.Based on embedded theory, the ideal model of bidirectional embedment can realize the bidirectional embedment of Party organizations and social organizations from four aspects of structure, cognition, culture and politics, promote the transformation of Party building of grassroots social organizations from“tangible”to“effective”,and boost the acquisition of social capital by social organizations themselves.Through qualitative research on the typical case of The Party building of Chengdu New Space Social Work Service Center, this paper analyzes the bidirectional embedded Party building mode of the social organizations and how to promote the acquisition of social capital in this process, and finds that the bidirectional embedding of the Party building and social organization is based on the integration, subjectivity and regularity. It is helpful to realize the win-win situation of the effective Party building of social organizations and the continuous acquisition of social capital.
